Breach of another contract, signed at the Dorchester Hotel, W., in De- cember, 1935, was also alleged by Mr. Glad.

"I find," said his lordship, "that. Wilson and Davis were guilty of of the fruits of the Berlin arbitra- conspiracy to defraud the plaintiffs

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us far more exceeding and etcr- nal weight of glory; while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal." (II Corinthians (4; 15-18).

The following citations will also be read from the Christian Churches Textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy:-"The material body and mind are temporal, but the real man is spiritual and eternal, The Science of being reveals man as perfect, even as the Father is perfect, because the Soul, or Mind, of the spiritual man is God, the divine Principio of all being, and because this real man is governed by Soul Instead of sense, by the law of Spirit, not by the so-called laws of matter. Man's true consciousness is in the mental, not in any bodily or porsonal likeness to Spirit.” [page 802).
