'It is a great piece of news," said Mrs. Roland Conway, one of the New South Wales women lawn tennis councillors, when she learned of the invita- tion of the Australian Lawn Tennis Association to Miss Alice Marble and Miss Dorothy Bundy. "I hope that both girls will be able to make the interesting and Australians trip. It would make our season much more would have an opportunity of seeing how their women's team compares with the Americans.”
