The driver stated that complain- ant engaged' his car at 1.01 a.m. and returned to Tsimshatsiu at 2.25 a.m. and that he asked com- plainant for $3 fare instead of one, He used the starting handle ..., for self defence.
The case was then remanded for 24 hours in order to let both parties as well as the Police to find more witnesses.
