IT IS REPORTED HERE THAT NOVEMBER 15 IS THE DATE TENTATIVELY FIXED FOR THE ANGLO-ITALIAN -BEGINNING
AGREEMENT.
The British Ambassador, Lord Perth, called on the Italian Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, yester- day afternoon to convey the result of yester- day's British Cabinet deliberations.
It is stated that Britain has agreed to consider Italy's recent withdrawal of 10,000 "volun- teers" from Spain as effecting the required settlement in Spain and to bring the agree- ment into force immediately.
