Chiang Kai-Shek Now In Chungking: New Plan For Resistance

It is contended that Chiang Kai-shek gave the order for evacuation of Hankow : be- cause he desired to keep his troops intact for further de- velopments.
It is believed in Chinese quarters that he wants to use these troops for carrying out his "new plan.”
