LONDON FOLLOWS MUNICH NEGOTIATIONS WITH TENSE ANXIETY

The smallest details of movements of leading per- sonalities at Munich were prominently record- ed in the evening papers, which in the absence of authoritative information on the proceed- ings, had somehow to satisfy the intense and anxious public which has centred on the four-: power talks.
