NEXT MEETING TO BE HELD NEAR COLOGNE

It is learned from well- informed German circles in Berchtesgaden that the se- cond meeting between Herr Hitler and Mr. Chamberlain has been arranged for a country place near Cologne.

It is stated that the meet- ing will be confined to Mr. Chamberlain and Herr Hit- ler, but the possibility of the heads of the four big powers being present is not excluded.
