Chinese Breach Yellow River To Stop Japanese
Peiping, To-day. Adopting the tactics which blocked the Japanese plan of campaign for a drive on Hankow down the Peiping-Hankow Railway, the Chinese troops on the Shansi front have breached the dykes of the Yellow River, on the right bank some 20 miles to the east of Tungkwan.
