A total of 68 British, 41 American and 39 other for- eigners, mainly German, Swedish, Lithuanian and Russian, are now completely cut off at . Kuling.

The Eurasia air service be- tween Hankow and Kunming which was suspended after the shooting down of Junkers-17 by Japanese planes on Sept. 6, was resumed yesterday when Junkers-19 left for the Yunnan capital via Chengtu and Sian at 6.35 p.m. with many passengers and a large quantity of mail.
Preparations are being made for the resumption of the air service between Hankow and Hong Kong.-Central News.
