Since practically all leading personages of the Ger- man Government have left Berlin for Nurem- berg to attend the Party congress, it is impos- sible to obtain any comment from authoritative quarters on the French Government's an- nouncement that the reservists of the French army have been called back to the colours for the insurance of French safety in view of the international situation.
