The Congress of the Nationalist Socialist foreign organisation opened here yesterday in the pre- sence of the Fuehrer's deputy, Rudolf Hess, the Minister of the Interior Dr. Frick, the Presi- dent of the Privy Council, Konstantin von Neu- rath and the leader of the Foreign Organisa- tion, Wilhelm Bohle.
