Little Entente Understanding With Hungary

The conference of the Foreign Ministers of the Lit- tle Entente Nations terminated here yesterday with the publication of an official communique which is mainly devoted to the relations be- tween Yugoslavia, Rumania and Czecho- Slovakia on one hand and Hungary on the other.
Mention is made of the conclusion of a certain agreement by which equality of rights as re- gards armaments was granted to Hungary al- though the details are not yet revealed. The communique, details of which were announced by the Yugoslav Premier, M. Stoyadinovitch, begins with the declaration of the inten- tion of the Little Entente nations to pursue a policy of peace.
Concerning relations with Hung- ary,, the communique reads as fol- lows:
