"Many men have taken on to my system. In fact, I operated only on men while I was developing the system back home in Pennsylvania. "I really discovered it when I shaved a scaep wound on the head of a football player pal of mine.

"I was amazed when I found a perfect wave, forming, so I experi- mented and experimented on every fellow who wanted a nice wave to attract a girl's eye.

"I cannot wait to tell England about my system.

"Right now I am negotiating with several stores and shops there, and as soon as plans are completed, I shall be on my way.

"You can tell England that Bri- tain won't rule the waves any more: after I get there."
