NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a DIVIDEND- amounting to 80 cents per share for the year ending $1st March, 1938, will be paid on all shares in this Company on and after Tuesday, June 28th, 1988, at the Company's Registered Office, China Emporium Building, Queen's Road Central.
Shareholders are requested to apply with their Dividend Certi- ficate Books between the hours of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on week days and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
