COMPLICATIONS POSSIBLE Latest Development In U.S. Nazi Spy Case

Important Reich Officials May Be Named

New York, To-day. It was learned to-day that indictments against twenty persons, suspected of participation in German espionage in the United States, have been prepared for the Federal Grand Jury. Although the Grand Jury will vote on the indict- ments to-day, they are not expected to be pub- lished until later on in the week.

Under the sub-title "Jury To Indict Hitler Aides," the New York "Post" reports that indict- ments in the espionage ring case actually name many prominent officials of the German Government. These officials will be charged with aiding, directing and financing espionage activities throughout the United States.
