Many Interesting Junior Encounters
Apart from the eight matches which were postponed on account of rain on May 21, half the lawn bowls programme has now been completed. Several interesting games will feature to-day's pro- gramme.
The most important game and one rather vital to both sides, at it may well determine the Championship of the First Division, is that between Craigengower and Club de Recreio, which is to be played at the Valley.
In the match at King's Park, the Island team did well to over- come the home side by eight| shots, in spite of losing on two rinks, and it appears likely that with the advantage of the home] green, they will repeat their suc-
cess.
