Styled after the Victorian the bride's dress was fashioned of genuine white Valenciennes lace, and is an original design by Madame Helene. The shirred bodice
was
corset-fitted and outlined in a heart
shape with frilling just above the bust line. The scalloped skirt fell to below the Knees and was worn
over an additional skirt of silk net.
Other details included a high neck and long sleeves, edged with frills, and a white taffeta slip to give stif- fness to the skirt. Her veil was a short one, cleverly treated to form a headdress of rare beauty. Two gardenias were pinned to the top of her head, and her face was hidden behind the veiling. She carried a Victorian posie of white jasmine and lilies arranged by The Clover Leaf Flower shop.
Attending the birde were the Missis Jennie Cecelia Wong and Bessie Lee, as bridesmaid and flower girl respectively. Miss Wong's frock was a dainty creation in pink organdy, with lots of flouncing on the skirt, piqqant puffed sleeves, and high neck encircled with neatly tailored tucks. With it she wore a Juliette cap of pink and blue flowers, with pink veil. Hers was also an original design by Madame Helene.
Bessie Lee was dressed in a de- mure frock of blue organdy, with Peter Pan collar edged with frills, and pink flowers scattering the hem- line.
Both carried Victorian posies of mixed blooms, tied with pink and blue ribbon.
The bridegroom's mother was al- so present and she was attractively dressed in a traditional Chinese gown for ceremonial occasions, with black jacket and red skirt, elabora- tely embroidered in gold and silver- thread with birds and flowers.
The ceremony was performed by the Registrar of Marriages, Mr. T. S. Whyte-Smith, and took place at 8 p.m. Witnesses were the bride's brother, Mr. S. Z. Chang, and the bridegroom's father Mr. S. W. Ts'o, C.B.E., LL.D.
Following the ceremony a Benedi- ction was pronounced by Bishop R. O. Hall, in the private chapel of St. Paul's Church, after which the

Morning Tiredness!
The following facts are of interest and importance to everyone but especially to those who habitually
wake up tired in the morning
LEEP should be "Tired Nature's Sweet Restorer." It should refresh the body, strengthen the nerves and renew energy. Yet how often even after an apparently good night's sleep you awake weary and listless, unprepared for the day's work. The most probable cause of this Morning Tiredness is that you went to bed without providing Nature with the nutriment necessary for the work of re- storation. Remember that the daily expenditure of energy, and the wear and tear on the mental and nervous system, must be made good by adequate nutriment of the right kind.
By far the best way to ensure the correct form of nutriment while you sleep is to make 'Ovaltine' your bedtime beverage. 'Ovaltine" has special pro- perties which not only quickly induce sound, natural sleep, but it also supplies every nutritive element required to make that sleep completely restorative. 'Ovaltine' is a perfect food. It is prepared from the finest of Nature's foods-malt, plus milk, plus new-laid eggs. Eggs are liberally used because they are the richest source of lecithin-a vital nerve- building element. No tonic food beverage would be complete without the special nutritive and vitalising properties of eggs.
Experience all over the world has proved that 'Ovaltine' is unequalled both as a bedtime and day-time beverage. Although imitations are made to look the same, there are extremely important differences.
For your health's sake, start the 'Ovaltine' habit to-day.
