London, To-day.
An appeal for the boycott of Japanese goods by miners, was made by the executive of the South Wales Miners' Federation in a resolution expressing indignation against the ruthless war of aggression which "Japanese Imperial- ism is waging in China with the systematic, barbarous and pitiless massacre of Chinese civilians.
The resolution "hopes that Chin- ese victories may continue to have the effect of wearing down and ultimately smashing the power of the Japanese military clique, open- ing the way for peace, freedom and democracy in Japan and liberating China from the danger of foreign domination."
The resolution is being forward- ed to the Prime Minister and For- eign Secretary-Reuter.
