The chief of the political section of the Czech For- eign Office yesterday informed the German Minister that the inquiry instituted by the mili- tary authorities in regard to his complaint that Czech warplanes had crossed the German fron- tier, had shown that certain flying officers had actually flown over German territory.

That the Polish population of Czecho-Slovakia gained a triumphal success in Sunday's municipal elections is the unanimous verdict of the Polish press.
