White Horse has its own distinctive fragrance; you could judge this whisky by its aroma alone. But you have your palate to tell you as well: mellow smoothness such as this is a pleasure to remember, a joy to find again.

Mr. Chamberlain Accused Of Misrepresentation
Berlin, To-day.
Mr. Chamberlain's speech in the House of Commons on Monday is severely criticised by the “Voel- kischer Beobachter" in an editorial headed "Perversion of History."
The paper charges that the Premier rendered an ill-service to the cause of Britain and Europe by omitting to refer to a number of important facts in his summary of the Czecho-Slovakian situation. By a categorical denial of press re- ports regarding alleged large-scale German troop movements on the Czecho-Slovakian frontier, the Premier could, the paper points out, easily have prevented a misrepresentation of facts by British and French papers which in their Wednesday editions still assert that the invasion of Czecho-Slovakia by German armies was frustrated merely by the British Govern- ment's representations in Berlin.
Mr. Chamberlain's "sins of omis- Berlin," were of a more serious sion", says

New York, To-day.
The British air mission which has been visiting American and Canadian aircraft factories, sailed for Southampton in the "Queen Mary" yesterday.
A spokesman refused to dis- close any details of the mission's report.
These "childish measures" pro- duced "merely indulgent smiles" in Berlin, says the paper which adds. that the assertions of the British and French press, "that the firm The mission has been studying attitude of the British Government the possibilities of manufacture (prevented the threatening war and of planes for the R.A.F. in the that Poland's attitude intimidated United States or Canada.-Reuter.
