Paris, To-day. Conversion of £61,000,000 over a two-year period and £50,000,- 000 over

a ten-year period for public works throughout France and her overseas possessions, is made in the second batch of re- covery decree laws signed President Albert Lebrun.

The decrees also provide facilities and low interest as a fillip to trade and industry, concessions to exporters, modification of the 40-hour week and strengthening of colonial defences.

No claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Goods, remaining undelivered after the 27th May will be subject to rent.

All claims against the steamer must be presented to the Undersigned on or before the 10th June or they will not be recognised.

To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations consignees must have a Revenue Officer in attend- ance when damaged dutiable goods are examined.

All broken, chafed, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowns, where they will be examined on the 26th May at 10 a.m., by Messrs. God- dard and Douglas.
