Good For The Waistline

The correct way of doing a leg exercise, good for limbering, and re- ducing the hips. Stand erect, knees straight, and clasp one leg just be- low the knee. bring it up to the shoulder. Alternates with each leg.

Virginia Grey, (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer) demonstrates with the assis- tance of Don Loomis, physical director, one of her daily exercises. With arms outstretched, body erect, the right leg is raised waist high · ten times. Knees must be straight and toes pointed. Alternate and repeat with the left leg. This exercise is good for the waistline and for re- ducing the hips.
