Belgian Cabinet Completed By M. Spaak

The former Foreign Minister, M. Spaak. formed

a new Government yesterday morning. The Cabinet is composed as follows:

Premier and. Foreign Affairs, Balthazar, de Vleeschauwer and Ge- M. Spaak.

Education, M. Dierck. Finance, M. Gerard. Justice, M. Pholien. Interior and Public Health,-M. Merlot.

Defence,-Lt. General Denis. Economy and Agriculture,—M Hymans.

Labour and Social Welfare,-M Delattre.

Public Works, M. Balthazar. Colonies, M. De Vleeschauwer. The Spaak Government is the first Belgian Government headed by a Socialist Premier.

The last named of these had hel the post of Minister for Finance in the first van Zeeland Cabinet.

The Prime Minister, M. Spaak presented the members of the new Cabinet to the King yesterday afternoon. On Tuesday the new Cabinet will make its debut in th Chamber.-Trans-Ocean.
