JAPAN'S NINE-MONTHS START Ahead Of Britain And U.S. In Naval Race
Japan Foresaw Present Position
The blue chips are on the table in history's greatest naval game, and Tokyo experts, both Japanese and foreign, claim Japan is holding most of the aces
