Sudetens' "Final Warning" To Prague
Berlin, To-day.
"The final warning to Prague," is "Montag's" des- cription of the speech yesterday by Konrad Henlein, leader of the Sudeten German minori- ty in Czecho-Slovakia.
The speech, which is given prominence in the Ger- man press, has hitherto drawn no official com- ment.
The "Boersen Zeitung" says the world must accustom itself to re- gard the Sudeten Deutsch as Nazis who are united to the faith of the entire German nation like Germans elsewhere.
Meanwhile there is a tendency apparent in Czech circles, says 2. Prague despatch, to regard Herr Henlein's speech as part of the communal election campaign.
It is thought the address is not likely seriously to affect the course of negotiations between Govern- ment leaders and the Sudeten Ger- mans, which it is understood the Government plan to begin immedi- ately after the elections in and June-Reuter.
