THIS AFTERNOON
(By "OUTSIDE-LEFT")
The outstanding feature of this week-end's soccer programme is the final of the Senior Shield competition, between South China "A" and South China "B", this being the first time in the history of the competition that two teams from the same Club are com peting in the last stage.
South China "B", who have every chance of securing a great "double" this season, as they are almost certain of winning the First Division of the League, are fielding their best side to-morrow and the "A" team will have to be at its very best to evade defeat.
This afternoon, weather permit- Į ting, 2 full programme of five First Division League matches will be featured. South China "B" and South China "A" are both playing to-day, the former meeting Eastern, at Causeway Bay-where they should gather another two valuable points, while the much improved Kowloon Chinese team is likely to extend the "A" team.
