It is understood that the Administration will put no obstacles in the way of Great Britain purchas- ing as much available aviation material as she desires, and the Government is sufficiently powerful to offset protests which are bound to be made by the militant blocs in Congress. Nevertheless, there are indications that every ounce of tact and circumspection will be re- quired if the British mission is to have the success hoped for.
