Beware the dowager's hump, that pad of fat at the neck base. Comes partly from "stick-your neck out." Keep the neck straight.

Don't get the idea that а "scholarly stoop" will pass you in posture.

* *

The debutante slouch is passe. But "asthenic stoop" remains as its heritage. Get rid of yours.

**

Are your bra straps too tight? Is your topcoat too heavy for your į shoulders? Are your heels too high? All these lead to posture ills.

They are seen with Hollywood's make-up wizard himself. The picture was taken on the occasion of their departure to the Far East, and Max Factor is shown wishing then bon voyage. Mr. West is supervisor of the sales of Max Factor make-up products in the Far-East, and Mrs. West is equally as well-known in this hemisphere as one of the most skilled of Mr. Factor's associate make-up artists. Make teething-time

easier

The first, eagerly expected, little tooth is about to peep through. And baby wants something hard to suck and bite upon to help it to come through easily.

Instead of a bone ring or comforter-which often results in infection, from germs and causes malformation of the mouth give "Ovaltine Rusks to Baby. Crisp-but not too hard-they give that biting exercise which ensures sound, well spaced teeth and correct jaw formation.

Then through childhood it is the continued use of “Ovaltine Rusks that keeps the teeth strong and healthy and makes possible those : perfect permanent teeth later on.
