He was detailed to find Sher- lock Holmes,

The absentee Sherlock is the beneficiary of an estate in Ripon, Wis., and his last known address was on the North Side. The re- quest came from G. W. Lambert, Cashier of the Ripon State Bank. Detective McGurk quipped he could do very well with the ser- vices of a Dr. Watson.
