skirt dress

Now don't tell me that all dresses are composed of two parts

blouse and skirt and that it's no news to mention the fact. This is news because the dress that is the fash- jon makes no hullabaloo about its waist and skirt, but is a slick item of cloth scampering from the neck to just below the knees in a non- stop movement. On the other hand, the waist-and-skirt dress is just that a waist which is a separate personality, united to a skirt which is another character a belt or sash keeps them from making only one
