Rumours of dissension in the Cabinet over the trend of Mr. Chamberlain's foreign policy have been given new momentum as the result of yester day's special meeting of the Cabinet, called for the purpose of discussing the proposed declara tion on Czecho-Slovakia and European affairs generally.
Informed quarters state that the Cabinet meeting yesterday, which lasted upwards of two hours, failed to reach agreement on the wording of the declaration which is scheduled to be made in the House of Commons to-morrow.
