Nazis Contend Plannetta Sentence Was Unjust

Vienna, To-day. Dr. Kurt von Schuschnigg, deposed Austrian Fed- eral Chancellor, may figure in the proceedings to rehabilitate Hans Planetta, murderer of Engelbert Dollfuss, Austria's "pocket" Chan- cellor.

It is believed that a new trial will endeavour to es- tablish that the verdict in the original Planetta Trial was a miscarriage of justice for which Dr. Schuschnigg was largely responsible.
