Discuss Colony Issue QUEENS

It is believed that Lord Halifax, the Foreign Secre
tary, in his talk with Herr Joachim von Ribben- trop, the German Foreign Minister, yesterday, THE outlined the attitude of the British Govern- ment towards the problems of Central Europe, particularly Austria and Czecho-Slovakia. Main purpose of the talks was to decide the oppor- tune moment to follow up the earlier contacts between Lord Halifax, Sir Nevile Henderson (Ambassador in Berlin) and Herr Hitler.
