JAPANESE STAGING NAVY. AIR AND ARMY REVIEW IN SHANGHAI AREA

Shanghai, To-day

For the first time since December 3 last year, when the Japanese staged the "Victory Parade" through the International Settlement, the Jap- anese have announced a vast military, naval and air force review through the Japanese sec- tor of the Settlement to-morrow (Thursday).

The parade will be in commemora- tion of the thirty-fourth anniversary! of the Russo-Japanese War.

Although the parade is not. taking place within the non-Japanese sec tor of the Settlement, nevertheless elaborate precautions are being incidents taken against untoward
