Asked in the Commons by Mr. Henderson (Labour) whether the policy of the Government of secur- ing an agreement between Great Reserve Liability of Proprie Britain, France, Germany and Italy presupposed that any such agree- ment would be contracted within the framework of the League of Nations, the Prime Minister said the Gov- ernment had never stated their po- licy in those terms.
