In a game featured by the excellent batting of George Souza, Craigengow- er Cricket Club beat the Kowloon Cric- ket Club in a friendly whole-day game at King's Park yesterday, by 30 runs.

200 Metres Time Better Than 220 Interport Mark!
Rotterdam, Yesterday! A'Dutch girl, Miss R. Van Veen, yesterday established a new world swimming record for the. 200 metres free-style when she Was clocked at 2 mins. 24 6-10 secs.. bettering the previous mark held by another Dutch girl, in Miss Willy den Ouden, by 7-10 secs,-- Reuter.
The Colony and Interport swim- ming record (men) for the 220 Yards free-style, which is almost equivalent to 200 metres, is held by Wilfred Lawrence, who clocked 2 mins. 25 secs. in 1985.--Sports Ed.
