Letters for this Service may be posted in the ordinary posting boxes at Kowloon Post Office and General Post Of- fice. They should be clearly marked "By Air Mail" and bear sufficient pos- tage. Insufficiently prepaid letters may be taxed with double the deficiency or forwarded by Steamer Service, at the discretion of the Post Office.
