Dr. Wellington Koo, Chinese Ambassador in Paris, will replace Madame Sun Yat-sen at the Inter- national Peace Conference which opens in London to-day to discuss a Japanese boycott. Many other cables of sympathy with the purpose of the conference have been received from all parts of the world.

Senders of telegrams include Mr. Henry L. Stim- son, former United States Secretary of State, who urges unofficial severance of commercial relations with Japan.
