Berlin, To-day.
Without warning except that provided by the leak- age of information regarding the split between Herr Hitler and Field Marshal von Blomberg, dramatic and vital changes in the organisation of the German Government were announced yesterday.
Herr Hitler takes command of the armed forces. Herr von Ribbentrop becomes Foreign Minister. Baron von Neurath takes the chairmanship of a secret inner council, which will include Herr Hitler's chief advisers on all important matters of state, superseding the Cabinet in import-
ance.
Berlin, To-day. Herr Hitler yesterday an- nounced that he himself will henceforth take entire supreme command of Germany's armed forces.

FOREIGN MINISTRY
Simultaneously with the change in Germany's military command, comes the appointment of Herr Joa- chim von Ribbentrop as Foreign Minister.

It appears that the Cabinet will include Herr von Ribbentrop with the title of Foreign Minister, and General Keitl, the new Chief of the Supreme Command.
SECRET COUNCIL
The new Secret Council also in- cludes General Hermann Goering (Air Minister), Herr Rudolf Hess (Herr Hitler's Deputy), Dr. Joseph Goebbels (Propaganda Minister) and Admiral Raeder (Commander- in-Chief of the Navy).

GEN. SUGIYAMA'S LATEST
Tokyo, To-day. The War Minister, Gen. Sugiya- ma, declared in the Diet yesterday that in contrast to the situation prevailing in Manchuria six years ago, Japan now intends to "make the Chinese rule themselves in North China."
He added that the Japanese will help the Chinese to achieve pelf- government and "co-existence and co-prosperity with Japan."Reuter.
