The Soviet War Commissar, Marshal Voroshilov, will shortly start on his long-announced tour of inspection in the Far East, after prolonged consultations with Stalin and Marshal Blue- cher (Red Army chief in the Far East) con- cerning the forthcoming manoeuvres of the Far Eastern army.
