BOMB FOUND IN WATER NEAR HIYE MARU
Seattle, To-day.
United States Customs agents yesterday took a bomb from the water near the spot where the Japanese steamer "Hiye Maru" was moored yesterday.
It will be recalled that previ- ously the police arrested a man who said that a time bomb had been placed on board the ship.
ARMED MAN CAUGHT ON THE N.T. BORDER
An important capture was made by a police border patrol in the New Territories early yesterday morning, when they arrested two men who had just come across the border from Chinese territory.
One of them was armed with a revolver and carried eight rounds of ammunition.
