Chinese Offensive At Chowhsien, But Tsining Falls

Hankow, To-day.

Changes of a decisive character in the military situation here have been effected as the result of the offensive launched by Chinese troops in the Tientsin-Pukow railway zone, an official communi- que issued yesterday states.
