RUMOURS to the effect that a place in the Bri- tish Cabinet will be found for Mr. Winston Church who was Chancellor of the Exche- quer from 1924 to 1929, continue to circulate in political circles here. The "News Chronicle" is the latest newspaper to draw attention to these rumours.
Only a small minority in the House of Commons is unwilling to endorse the view that the outstand- ing parliamentary capabilities pos- sessed by Mr. Churchill should no longer continue to remain idle.
