Three 46,000 Ton Ships Reported On Stocks

The United States Government is studying re- peated reports that Japan is building three monster battleships, according to the Washington corres- pondent of the New York Times."

According to substantial though unofficial re- ports, Japan is building three 46,000-ton battleships, armed with 16-inch guns.
