COMMUNIQUE states that the non-interven- tion sub-committee yesterday gave preliminary consideration to the replies of the two parties in Spain regarding the withdrawal of volunteers, and recognised that the replies were of such na- ture as would make it possible for them to con- tinue their task. *
The sub-committee also considered methods of con- stituting the commissions which will be sent to Spain to organise the withdrawal of volunteers.
