SCOTTISH CLUB RUGBY CLASSIC
WATSONIAN PACK
TROUNCED
BROTHERS SHAW PAVE WAY FOR GLASGOW HIGH SCHOOL (F. P.) VICTORY
"A LOVELY DROPPED-GOAL” (By AIR MAIL)
Edinburgh, November 13.
THOSE who thought at the beginning of the sea- son that there was every possibility of Watson- ians again emerging champion club will have to revise their opinion to some extent. The Myre- side men were beaten for the second time in three Saturdays on their own ground, and though Glas- gow High School won by but a single point a dropped goal, a penalty goal, and a try to a penalty goal and two tries they were the better side.
Watsonians were without A. S. B. M'Neil and S. G. A. Harper, who are both on the injured list, and in their absence the Myreside pack took a trouncing from the Glasgow eight, who heeled the ball in serum after scrum, and provided chances which the brothers R. W. and Ian Shaw were not slow to take advantage of.

The internationalist pair struck by far their best form of the season so far, and Ian's dropped goal came after a perfect bit of workmanship by his brother.
The Glasgow supremacy began for-1 ward, continued at half-back, where K. S. H. Wilson was too well 2 watched by their wing forwards to be dangerous, and went on right through the team.
For Watsonians, even the ad- vent of G. Roberts at stand-off half made no difference. B. C. Hunter tried hard, and had one fine score, but he could not make
