The Anti-Communist Pact between Germany and Japan had attained the importance of extend- ing far beyond the frontiers of the two countries, declared the German Propaganda Minister, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, in a broadcast speech transmitted by all German and Japanese radio stations yester- day.
