DENUNCIATION OF NINE POWER PACT DEMANDED Influential Japanese Association Takes Action RESOLUTION HANDED TO DIPLOMATS

The Meirinkai, an association of retired officials of the civil and fighting services, has passed a re- solution urging the Government to denounce the Nine-Power Pact forthwith.
The resolution was handed by General Kuni-
shige
Hirotanaka to the Foreign Minister, Mr. Koki
and to foreign diplomats in Tokyo.
