Leung Ping-fan, a Government employee at Canton, and his wife, Ng Shui-lan, were fined a total of $200 on charges of keeping an unregistered mui-tsai and bringing her into the Colony.

Inspector Fraser said that yester- day a lady inspector was making house to house visit in Sze Lan Terrace and saw the girl at No. 33. She questioned her and found she had been with the woman defendant for some months.
