The text of the resolution on Spain, to be pre- sented to the League Assembly, was published late last night.

There are six points:

1. The Assembly declares its agreement with the position taken up by the Council, namely, that it is the duty of every State to respect the territorial integrity and political independence of every other State, a duty recognised by the League Covenant as devolving upon all its members
